Bargasy Group Concludes the First Phase of “Al Bargasy Technology” Talent Development Program in Cooperation with Ultimate Solutions and Aswan University

 

As part of Bargasy Group’s strategy to support digital transformation and invest in young talents, the group has successfully concluded the first phase of its specialized training program designed to prepare qualified candidates to join Al Bargasy Technology, the new entity launched by the group in strategic partnership with Ultimate Solutions in Cairo, as part of the group’s vision to expand into the technology and digital solutions sector.

 

The program was implemented under the cooperation protocol between Bargasy Group, Aswan University, and Ultimate Solutions, aiming to qualify university graduates and connect them with the labor market through specialized training programs aligned with the latest technological systems and industry requirements.

 

The program included 12 graduates from Aswan University, selected through the University Career Development Center, who received intensive theoretical and practical training on software systems and technical solutions that will be provided through Al Bargasy Technology in Aswan and Luxor Governorates. This training prepares them to join the company’s team and contribute to delivering advanced digital services according to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

 

The training program was delivered by Mr. Ahmed Saber from Ultimate Solutions, who provided specialized training that successfully transferred technical and practical expertise to the participants. At the conclusion of the first phase, Bargasy Group honored Mr. Ahmed Saber in recognition of his efforts, where Dr. Hisham Shaheen, General Manager of Bargasy Group’s Aswan Branch, presented him with the group’s shield bearing the name of the late Mohamed Al Bargasy, in appreciation of his valuable contribution.

 

Haj Rabie Al Bargasy, Chairman of Bargasy Group, emphasized that investing in human capital is one of the key pillars of the group’s strategy. He highlighted that the launch of Al Bargasy Technology reflects the group’s commitment to establishing new technology-driven entities, developing qualified national talents, supporting digital transformation, and contributing to the development of Upper Egypt’s governorates.

 

Bargasy Group also confirmed the continuation of its cooperation with Aswan University and Ultimate Solutions during the upcoming phases to develop more qualified talents capable of keeping pace with the rapid advancements in technology and digital solutions.
