Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing System.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving ERP technical issues.
  • Understanding the business areas to take the correct decision across open tickets
  • Business testing for newly released features.
  •  providing excellent, professional replies to users questions.

Requirements:

  • Giza resident is preferred.
  • years of application experience.
  • Good knowledge of supporting ERP systems.
  • Good experience with Microsoft SQL.
  • Knowledge of business modules.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
